The Last Hill Before Home is a grassroots charitable fundraising effort whose mission is to raise awareness and funds for children living in poverty in Central America. Specifically, the campaign's goal is to raise $15,000 for a school construction project in Jalapa, Guatemala. What started off as one man's epic bike journey from Panama City, Panama to San Francisco, CA has turned into an array of events aimed to raise funds and awareness for the children of Jalapa.
