Catholic Charities Lt. Joseph P. Kennedy Center - Back To Work Program

Seedco’s community-based organization, Catholic Charities Lt. Joseph P. Kennedy Center, in their Back to Work program, assists low-income families by assessing their needs and helping them in all aspects of job readiness. We provide training, support and placement assistance to disadvantaged clients our welfare to work program.

Through this program model, activities are shaped according to the background and skills of each individual client, which includes job search, vocational training, work experience or basic education. The ultimate goal is for our clients obtain new employment or further their careers as they work toward self-sufficiency. Community outreach initiatives are conducted for our current clients to increase awareness of tax credits, benefits and work support programs. We also connect our clients with other organizations that provide additional services and refer clients for these services (ex. clothing, food, haircuts).
