  • About Us

Our vision is to promote equal, tolerant, and respectful intergroup relations in Israeli society and between Israel and its neighbors by using cutting-edge knowledge and theories from social psychology. Through research, training, consultation, and the development of practical tools and strategies, we partner with the most influential actors working for social change to embed these insights into their daily programs. Our goal is to improve how they address the challenges of changing perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors and contend with racism, discrimination and negative emotions. Together, our aim is to bring about a shift of consciousness and behavior in the context of intergroup relations inside Israel and the Israeli- Palestinian conflict.
