    The Scott Conservancy is dedicated to preserving green space in and around Scott Township in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. We maintain 70-plus acres of woods and trails in the Kane Woods nature area. We also have retention ponds to clean water draining from abandoned coal mines before it enters Chartiers Creek.
