Beer Institute

The Beer Institute (BI) is a national trade association representing the American brewing industry. The organization traces its roots back to the early 1860s and are one of the oldest trade associations in Washington, DC representing the industry and its issues before Congress and in other public forums across the country. The Beer Institute includes both large and small brewers as well as importers and industry suppliers. Beer in America is a more than $350 billion industry that includes nearly 5,600 breweries and supports 2.23 million American jobs.
