The mission of ISAW is to provide refugee and immigrant women and girls with access to opportunities that develop long-term self-sufficiency to improve the quality of life for themselves, their families and their communities.

This mission statement guide's ISAW's purpose to provide services and support to immigrant and refugee women and their families as a bridge to resources and services for transition to the US. ISAW acknowledges and recognizes the issues they face, empowering isolated immigrated and refugee women so they can bring change through the quality of their family life and increase awareness in their communities. The goal is to help women become more self-sufficient, build their self-esteem and self-worth, and live fulfilled, productive lives.
