    Saint Joseph High School, downtown Brooklyn, is a Catholic high school for girls sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Brentwood, NY. Established in 1904, the school enrolls approximately 300 young women in grades 9-12. An education at SJHS encouraged each young woman to question, to challenge, to recognize, to develop, and to share her gifts so that she is able to make a positive impact on the world.
