Northeastern Illinois Agency on Aging

We strive to make aging easier through the development and promotion of a network of services for older persons designated to optimize the quality of their lives. All older adults should be respected for their individual value, dignity and contributions to society and their autonomy and privacy must be protected.

Chartered in 1974, the Northeastern Illinois Agency on Aging supports the cost-effective Older Americans Act services. These services form the backbone of choices to help older persons live independently. The Agency is an effective link between national, state and local services for older persons! Serving DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties, the Agency on Aging works hard to make aging easier and also serves as the overseeing body for the Holiday Meals on Wheels program in our service area.
