Regardless of their starting point or prior experience, we are dedicated to helping our members grow, both as athletes and individuals. Through our comprehensive training programs, we provide a structured and dynamic curriculum that emphasizes skill development, physical fitness, and personal growth. Our experienced coaches guide and mentor the athletes, fostering a sense of camaraderie and inspiring a love for the sport. We aim to instill a lifelong passion for rowing, while also equipping our members with transferable skills that will benefit them in all aspects of life. At CCR, we take pride in our commitment to excellence and our unwavering dedication to the success of our student-athletes.     About Us

    Capital City Rowing (CCR) has proudly held the distinction of being Tallahassee's largest youth rowing program. At CCR, we are committed to cultivating outstanding student-athletes by instilling the core values of discipline, teamwork, motivation, and healthy competition. Our program welcomes students in grades 6-12 from any Leon County school, private school, or homeschool, providing year-round training opportunities for rowers.
