ALL STARS ARE BRIGHT CORPORATION

All Stars ABC(tm) is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non profit organization, whose mission is to provide high quality, character-building athletic and educational experiences for boys and girls grades K-12. All Stars ABC is an official affiliate organization of the Jr. NBA, and partner with the Orlando Magic. All Stars ABC is also an official chapter of the National Alliance of Youth Sports (NAYS). The organization is committed to academic excellence and its goals are to have our students shine bright both in the classroom and on the court. We require all of our student athletes to have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA; if they do not, we encourage them to receive tutoring. We believe firmly that academics must take precedence over athletics
