    · Its mission: break the current stigma around mental health by raising awareness that promoting mental health involves more than dealing with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, but also demands tackling, among others, stress, anxiety, depression, and self-harm. According to the National Institute of Health, nearly 1 in 5 adults in the U.S.—43.8 million people—suffer from mental illness in a given year.
