    To provide rigorous, experiential, and holistic psychological tools and services that are inclusive and compassionate in order for immigrant families to thrive.

    About Us

    We spend our days eliminating mental health disparities for Spanish and bilingual immigrants by disseminating psycho-education via podcast and live videos and/or direct psychological services. Additionally, teaching other psychologists who serve underrepresented populations to become podcasters and content creators. About 5,000 people listen to our content monthly (10,000 downloads/views). We provide about 1000 hours of direct psychological services yearly. With your support, we aim to increase those numbers.

    Pasamos nuestros días eliminando las disparidades de salud mental para los inmigrantes hispanos y bilingües diseminando la psicoeducación a través de podcast y videos en vivo y / o servicios psicológicos directos. Además, enseñamos a otros psicólogos que atienden a poblaciones poco representadas para convertirse en creadores de contenido y podcasters. Alrededor de 5,000 personas escuchan nuestro contenido mensualmente (10,000 descargas / vistas). Brindamos aproximadamente 1000 horas de servicios psicológicos directos al año.
