Orion builds stability, ability, and belief in oneself to access and sustain long-term employment. We believe in the power of good jobs to positively change lives, families, and communities. Our highly successful models for transitional and inclusive employment do just that. Through our Training and Employment programs, Orion supports a wide range of individuals seeking to enter the workforce to improve their economic position.
Our programs provide valuable technical and soft skills, vocational counseling, case management, job placement services, and job retention supports. Individuals who have been left on the sidelines of economic stability will connect with work through our aerospace manufacturing, custodial, clerical and administrative training programs, and long-term Supported Employment services.
