Melanoma Education Foundation

  • About Us

The Melanoma Education Foundation seeks to save lives by promoting greater awareness of melanoma and the importance of early detection via self-examination of the skin, especially among high school and middle school students. The foundation provides online skin cancer training to high school and middle school wellness educators and their students, enabling teachers to present the subject to students in a single class session. At last count over 1700 schools in all 50 states were using the lessons. Lives of students, teachers, and their family members have been saved because of the lessons.
