    Safe-Hub is a globally award-winning social enterprise with over a decade of experience in the humanitarian sector, specializing in infrastructure, youth development and sport for development. We have offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg (South Africa), Berlin (Germany), Delhi (India), and Philadelphia (USA).

    As a sustainable and scalable model for community development, Safe-Hub has established eleven Safe-Hubs across South Africa, Germany, and the U.S since 2010.

    Safe-Hub has established its first North American Safe-Hub at the Scanlon Playground in Kensington/Harrowgate, Philadelphia, PA. Since August 2020, the Safe-Hub team has been running its SEL-focused EduSoccer curriculum, reaching over 300 young people every season from disadvantaged backgrounds in North Philadelphia through soccer-based youth development. Through its Collective Impact program, which harnesses the power of local partnerships, community engagement processes and events, and high-quality program implementation, Safe-Hub is also revitalizing Scanlon Playground as Philadelphia's first Safe-Hub site, bringing together the diverse community of Kensington through sport, play, and community resource access.
