    The Rita Fund is an international women's human rights Foundation. our mission is to create a reliable, non-restrictive funding source for women's funds operating worldwide. Our main objective is grant-making to regional women's funds around the world. Through long-term support, the leveraging of additional resources, and a staff devoted to finding creative and innovative solutions to the question of how to sustain women's activists, The Rita Fund seeks to strengthen women's rights activism globally.

    We are committed to building an equitable and socially just world and beleive philanthropy can be instrumental in achieving this goal.

    Now, in our third year, we support women's funds in Nicaragua, Chile, India, Serbia, Hong Kong, and France.
