Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County

Since 1987 Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County has served 91 families with affordable homeownership through our homebuilding program. We build/rehab homes and sell them at a low-cost, low-interest mortgage to hardworking families in need. In addition, we have served 147 older adult homeowners with critical home repairs and aging in place modifications since 2014. Our ReStore thrift shops in Salisbury and Fruitland accept donations of household items, furniture, clothing, construction material, and appliances for resale. Selling these items serves many lower-income families, keeps tons of material out of landfills, and funds the Habitat mission so we can build more and serve more.
