    Pearl childcare initiatives-Uganda (PCCI) is an indigenous Non government organization (NGO) working for the promotion of children's welfare, education and health needs of children targeting the orphaned and the vulnerable (OVC's).

    PCCI's activities include among others, child development including welfare and health, Education, cognitive and psychosocial stimulation, lobby and advocacy for children's rights as well as community development activities.

    Its activities are mainly directed to equip orphaned and vulnerable children and their families with adequate life skills, increase access to community care systems, basic social services and child friendly services to give them the opportunity to realize their full potential through improved quality of life.
