Museum of the Mountain
West, Inc., was founded in 1997 to conserve and preserve historic buildings
that would otherwise be lost from when Western Colorado was settled. The Museum
allows visitors an authentic historic community context to experience a myriad
of aspects of daily life in the mid 1800s to 1940s.
