Concierge ambassadors are the first point of contact for patients and visitors and are an integral part of the patient experience. Responsibilities include: Greet and assist with incoming patients and visitors. Answer questions, direct and escort patients and visitors, answer phones, deliver flowers and provide guest resources. Check on patients and family members in waiting rooms and lobby to ensure their comfort and a positive experience.  Restock coffee bar, patient education and libraries.

Selected volunteers must: Attend an informational meeting; Complete a two-step TB, drug and nicotine screening; Submit to a background check; Attend a mandatory orientation meeting; Receive "on the job" training; and Commit to one four hour shift per week for a minimum of six months.
