    United Way of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County is uniting our community to empower people in need. Everything we do is focused on bringing people together to accomplish more than any one of us can on our own. The Board of Directors formally adopted a new strategic plan in late 2021, charting out a new direction for the organization. Our work will be concentrated around the following goals: Advancing Equity; Moving ALICE from Crisis to Survival to Sustainability; Convening Community.
