Sharon, MA

  • About Us

The Gan Shalom Gleaning Project brings together anyone over the age of 16 (15 with a work permit) to

    • perform tikkun olam (repairing the world) by providing healthy food to those in need,
    • learn about sustainable and organic agriculture,
    • and connect nature and mitzvot (commandments).

This project funded in part by a CJP grant for the South Area Jewish Community, with support from Temple Israel of Sharon and The Community Garden of Temple Israel.
