The Gan Shalom Gleaning Project
125 Pond Street
The Gan Shalom Gleaning Project brings together anyone over the age of 16 (15 with a work permit) to
- perform tikkun olam (repairing the world) by providing healthy food to those in need,
- learn about sustainable and organic agriculture,
- and connect nature and mitzvot (commandments).
This project funded in part by a CJP grant for the South Area Jewish Community, with support from Temple Israel of Sharon and The Community Garden of Temple Israel.
