About Us

Founded in 2011, VOICE is a start-up social enterprise whose mission is to teach girls in developing countries life skills and the power of gender equality, through activity-based communicative English programming. Currently operating in India, we carry out our mission through 4-week communicative English and gender empowerment summer camps, which provide girls in India with the practical tools and knowledge needed to overcome the adversity they face. Through VOICE's unique English immersion curriculum, participants are exposed to topics such as body awareness, community safety, and career opportunities. Activity-based learning and open discussion provide a forum where girls can find their own voices and develop the confidence needed to succeed. VOICE aims to reach thousands of girls across the developing world and inspire the next generation of women to take their futures into their own hands.
