At Skoolie Foundation, we believe dignity is a human right. We provide mobile showers, haircuts, hygiene supplies, clothing, backpacks, and other essentials while building partnerships that connect people to housing, jobs, and long-term stability. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to restore hope, nurture dignity, and create pathways for lasting change in our community.

Skoolie Foundation grew from the heart of a simple idea: that everyone deserves dignity, no matter their housing status. We serve our unhoused neighbors in Pierce and Thurston Counties with mobile showers, hygiene supplies, haircuts, clothing, backpacks, and other essential resources.

Beyond meeting immediate needs, we are committed to building community trust and creating pathways toward housing, employment, and stability through partnerships with local nonprofits and service providers. We believe in showing up consistently, serving with love, and empowering people to move forward with hope.

Volunteers are at the heart of this work—whether offering haircuts, helping at shower sites, assembling care kits, or lending a compassionate ear, every role makes a meaningful impact.
