The primary goal of the Arlington Public Schools (APS) is to ensure that each student excels and improves academically, communicates clearly, solves problems effectively and acts responsibly. To meet that end, the school system strategically concentrates on selected aspects of student achievement to achieve the goals outlined in the Strategic Plan.
