Mission
SERA, Inc's mission is to facilitate community capacity building in its most authentic sense, economic development, sustainability, and individual citizen empowerment in order to enhance the quality of life for Southeast Raleigh residents and build enduring relationships with community partners. We believe in teaching men, women and youth to "fish" in order to develop skills and acuities that will transform their lives and the image of themselves forever.
About Us
SERA, Inc. is a flagship nonprofit organization lead by Mrs. Rita Anita Linger, President and CEO, that provides advocacy, education, targeted and strategic outreach, community collaborative opportunities, training and static resources to individuals and other nonprofit organizations within Southeast Raleigh communities.
Our focus areas include: Community Capacity Building, Youth Empowerment, Public Safety, Business/Equity * Entrepreneurial Development as well as advocating for quality and affordable housing.
