CASTELL PROJECT INC

At Castell we implement programs targeted to moving women into corporate leadership in the hospitality industry. We provide leadership development for rising executive women - our BUILD and ELEVATE programs provide training and resources that lift women on their career trajectories. Our Castell@College initiative sends teams of 4 executive women from different aspects of the hospitality industry to college campuses all over the US to present to students and discuss the industry and careers with them to encourage them to aim high. Annually we publish Women in Hospitality Industry Leadership a statistical report benchmarking progress of women in the industry. Castell also works with conference organizers and executive women to put more women on the podium.
