Boulder County CareConnect

Boulder County CareConnect has been serving the community for nearly four decades. We provide free services for seniors and adults with disabilities, helping to make Boulder County a better place to live and age well!

All of our programs are volunteer-powered and include: Medical Mobility, volunteer-escorted rides to medical appointments; Fix-It, minor home repair and grab bar installation; and Carry-Out Caravan, weekly grocery shopping and delivery program.

We are also home of the RSVP 55+ Volunteer Program which provides volunteer matching services to over 100 volunteer opportunities throughout Boulder County!
