    Our mission is to eliminate hunger in the Detroit area by providing residents in need with programs that provide food, promote the value of nutrition, increase self-sufficiency, and instill hope. In doing so, Exodus Food Pantry helps to ensure that food relief has a more meaningful, enduring impact.

    Food Pantry Hours: Every Saturday of the Month 4:00- ... 5:30pm

    Serving Wayne County, the EFP is a client-choice food pantry where families can come twice a month to select available items. Food is distributed free of charge. The following items are required in order to shop:

    * Identification (MI state ID or driver’s license)

    * Proof of income

    * Proof of residence (utility bill or lease)

    * Number of adults and children in household

    The Exodus Food Pantry (EFP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Located in the Exodus Missionary Baptist Church, it was established more than 13 years ago by the pastor and members of the church to serve as an emergency source of food for individuals and families in need. Staffed by volunteers and supported by a board of directors, the pantry is an example of neighbors helping neighbors in the community.
