    Our vision for the future is a community in which every

    citizen understands and importance of volunteerism,

    values the concept, and consciously volunteers in

    some capacity in order to contribute to the well being (common good) of the community.

    Mission Statement

    The Volunteer Center of Racine, Inc. is a non-profit organization that serves as a leader, catalyst, connector

    and advocate for effective volunteerism in Racine County.

    The Volunteer Center is a leader in our community that mobilizes people of all ages and backgrounds to volunteer

    by investigating their resources of time and talent to make

    a difference in their own lives as well as the lives of those

    that are served.

    The Volunteer Center is a catalyst for responding to community needs by creating, developing, implementing and supporting volunteer opportunities.

    The Volunteer Center is a connector of people and resources with the needs and services in our community.

    The Volunteer Center is an advocate for promoting the value of volunteerism.
