    Community Action Partnership of Orange County is dedicated to alleviate poverty and its root causes by helping people and changing lives by: building better communities; improving health; reducing hunger; averting crisis, and strengthening families in low-income communities.

    About Us

    Community Action Partnership of Orange County mobilizes both pulbic and private resources to help the poor move out of poverty by meeting their basic needs, averting and them helping them to become more self-sufficient. We provide food to the hungry, afterschool programs, family services, conduct community development activities, afterschool programs, mentoring, provide refurbish computers to low-income kids, distribute food and clothing to help families transition off welfare; etc.
