    UDC Law is a unique social justice-oriented law school. With the nation's largest requirement of supervised legal service ("clinical legal education,") students work on actual legal cases on behalf low-income people and public interest causes. This means graduates are ready to "hit the ground running" in all manner of legal careers.

    US News ranked UDC Law's signature clinical program 6th out of 197 U.S. law schools in 2017.

    UDC Law is also among the nation's most diverse and the least expensive law schools. Its location in the District of Columbia affords students easy access to jobs and internships in countless legislative, executive, non-profit and for-profit legal and law-related workplaces.
