    The Virginia Capital Representation Resource Center (VCRRC) is a not-for-profit law firm, committed to providing and promoting competent and adequate representation for death-sentenced inmates in Virginia. VCRRC focuses its representation and assistance on state and federal habeas corpus proceedings, petitions to the Supreme Court of the United States for writs of certiorari petitions to the Governor of Virginia for clemency and related litigation. Since its inception in 1992, VCRRC has either directly represented or assisted substantially in the representation of almost every death-sentenced inmate in Virginia, except where precluded due to conflicts.
