1. RIM is an Interfaith Organization which honors the faith of every individual and sees collaboration as an opportunity for enrichment and learning.
2. RIM offers services in a Collaborative Model which focuses on the Client's capacity to achieve the goal of independence. As the staff, volunteers and clients are from many cultures, faiths and professions, we believe that the greater wisdom will evolve by openness and sharing of ideas. RIM is also committed to collaboration with many other agencies and groups.
4. RIM services are Community-based in order to promote healing from serious traumatic exposure. Volunteers are essential to building community.
