Chartered by Congress and in existence since 1922, the Reserve Officers Association (ROA) maintains unique expertise on issues that affect the 1.5 million men and women serving in America’s Reserve Component. ROA, a 54,000-member, professional association is the only organization dedicated to supporting Reservists and their critical role in national defense. Over the past 12 years our nation's Reserve Components have evolved into one of the most unique, adaptable and operational forces in the world. At ROA, our mission is simple: support these brave men and women and their mission through commitment to Reserve Strength, Reserve Life.
