STEPS, Inc.is a non-profit organization servicing Fort Smith, Arkansas, and the surrounding area by offering programs and classes to strengthen families and heal individuals.Mission Statement: The STEPS, Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving the River Valley Area. We provide families with programs and classes that help promote healing, healthy relationships and safe boundaries. The mission of STEPS is to strengthen families in our community by offering training, education and prevention programs. We strive to enhance safety, promote accountability, and encourage solutions. We offer Life Skills Classes, Parenting Classes, Career Building, Mentoring, Financial Counseling, and Supervised Visitation.Our vision is to improve services in the area by identifying existing community needs and developing projects that address these issues. We value our community and work closely with state officials to assure we give the best programs to meet our region's needs.
