New York, NY

  • About Us

Pier55 is a new not-for-profit park and arts organization that is part of the Hudson River Park in NYC, slated to open in the fall of 2020. It is a 2.4-acre park with three performance spaces that is a re-imagining of the historic Pier 54 and is designed by acclaimed architect, Thomas Heatherwick. Pier55 will commission, produce, and present an eclectic range of programming including theater, dance, music, and visual art. Pier55 is also a community partner and is building education and work force development programs with neighborhood public schools; it will provide free or low cost tickets for more than half of the summer season performances.
