    About Us

The Campus Kitchen at Northwestern (CKNU) recovers food from campus dining halls and local organizations that would otherwise go wasted and re-purposes it into balanced meals for food insecure individuals in the Evanston community. We also lead "Beyond the Meal" community outreach programs including Nutrition Education and SNAP outreach.
