The Job Listing Credit is valid for 1 year and expires on the same date your Idealist Annual Membership expires.

If you were a Pro Member on VolunteerMatch who transitioned to the Idealist Annual Membership, the Job Promo Credit will expire on the same date as your original membership. You can view this date in your organization’s dashboard.

You can purchase the Idealist Annual Membership from your organization’s dashboard. The Idealist Annual Membership is nonrefundable.

Currently, there is no option to auto-renew the Idealist Annual Membership. Organizations will need to log in to their Idealist account and manually renew their membership via their organization's dashboard.

If you were a Pro Member on VolunteerMatch who transitioned to the Idealist Annual Membership, your membership will expire on the same date as your original Pro membership. You can view this date and manually renew the Idealist Annual Membership at the end of its current term via your organization’s dashboard.

Idealist does not offer a monthly membership option. If you were a Pro Member on VolunteerMatch who used to have a monthly membership that has now transitioned to the Idealist Annual Membership, you will retain an active membership status until your membership’s original expiration date. After this date, you will have the option to purchase the Idealist Annual Membership via your organization’s dashboard.
