I'm a career recruiter with more than 20 years of experience in executive search and in-house talent roles. My practice is driven by a deep belief in bold leadership and a commitment to creating a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable social sector.

As a Vice President and founding member at Commongood Careers (now Koya Leadership Partners), I was part of a team that served more than 250 nonprofits on 700+ searches nationwide. Most recently, I served as the National Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Summer Search, a national youth development organization, where I led searches for a multiple C-level, VP-level, and senior positions.
