Oaklander, Coogan, & Vitto Architects, P.C. is a versatile, client driven design firm that has been working in the New York Metropolitan area since 1973. OCV has focused on elevating the quality of architectural services that should be provided for projects developed with public funding. We have established ourselves as leaders in the field and continue to set new standards for affordable building by incorporating energy efficient sustainable design into many of our projects.

Since its inception OCV's primary focus has been on low income and special needs housing. We have worked for many of the areas most influential not for profit groups and over the years have cultivated an excellent working relationship with all of the public agencies. Through these organizations we have been responsible for the construction of over 5,300 apartments of new or rehabilitated construction and numerous community facilities.

We have successfully completed many restorations of buildings in Historic Districts and designated NYC Landmarks. Working in tandem with historic preservationists and landmark agencies, we have infused new program into historic structures, while maintaining their irreproducible uniqueness.
