Horn Resource Centre is a Somaliland based organisation, which aims to build human capital for inclusive growth.

Our institutional goal will be to promote skills development and quality assured TVET, based on the principles of Life Long Learning and equity, which will provide the local labour market with the competencies and expertise required at all levels, in support of inclusive growth in Somaliland and the building of a competitive, knowledge-driven economy.
