7th & Madison Extensions of Empowerment provides Transportation and other direct support services for individuals 18+ that reside in New Jersey. We serve individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities that are DDD and CMO eligible; and individuals that have not been diagnosed with a disability. Our agency remains a family supports driven organization with a firm belief in the success of grassroots advocacy. We provides services throughout the state of New Jersey.
