Impact Enterprises

Impact Enterprises is the first socially conscious BPO company in Zambia and one of the first in Africa, with the mission of creating valuable jobs to the large population of unemployed youth. We provide world-class managed solutions to tech companies around the world handling advanced datasets and rich content.

Established in 2013, we have trained and employed over 300 high school and college graduates in Zambia and served over 140 clients across 4 continents. We support tech companies working in diverse industries such as AI, e-commerce, career services, SaaS, travel, and more.

Mission

Unemployment in Zambia reaches as high as 59% for 20-24 year olds. Young Zambians are finishing their studies and being left to languish in a world of job insecurity, low income, and few options for advancement. They are locked into a vicious cycle of poverty and exclusion.

Impact Enterprises provides meaningful jobs that challenge and support our employees. Through their work, a new generation of Zambians are exposed to jobs in the digital economy. We provide hands-on training and constant mentorship so our employees can advance through their careers.
