Corporate360: Social Impact

Founded in the year 2013, Corporate360 is a global leading software company. Giving back to the community is the pillar of Corporate360 vision, purpose and values. The company focuses on digital skill development and job creation in villages, small towns and the low-income segment in Asia.

Apart from running the successful SmartWorker Program to solve B2B marketing issues and addressing the problems faced by the underprivileged, Corporate360 also runs self-sustainable social impact programs in Kerala, India which are completely funded by the company itself.

The company has opened the first rural IT park in Kerala, India – wholly owned by a startup, creating a startup hub for rural youth and IT jobs for educated youth from rural areas. 80% of the staff are women thus reflecting upon the focus on women empowerment from rural areas.

Corporate360 strongly believes that the project can result in employment creation for hundreds of women, youth and physically challenged in low-income areas, impacting thousands of families across Asia.

The primary social mission of the program is to promote impact sourcing and benefit those in need unemployed and from low-income backgrounds.

Child Protection

C360 Family is committed to safeguarding children from harm and to promoting the importance of educating and preparing children to be able to protect themselves. We understand that children are vulnerable and need the protection of adults—both their parents and other adults, such as their teachers, caregivers, or adults responsible for their supervision during child-oriented activities. We believe that those entrusted with the care of children are responsible to protect them and keep them safe.

Assistance to Disadvantaged Children

Our members/volunteers have engaged in a variety of programs in Kerala aimed at assisting disadvantaged children and providing them opportunities to rise above their circumstances. These programs have included educational, motivational, and character-building programs; assistance in maintaining schools in depressed areas; material and humanitarian aid; programs in tribal colonies; vocational training for children; educational assistance and scholarship programs. We believe that every child deserves an opportunity for a bright future.
