Just Roots Consulting, LLC is a LGBTQ-BE social enterprise dedicated to helping organizations become industry leaders in workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). All of our transformative consulting services foster critical awareness rooted in anti-oppression and anti-racist principles and cultural humility, and are delivered through innovative, engaging, and research-based models and methods. We offer a host of consulting services from training to comprehensive equity audits that provide an honest snapshot of clients' current DEI efforts so that we can offer solid and realistic recommendations for continued improvement. We also help clients develop programs, projects, and pipelines that increase leadership, equity, and inclusion of historically marginalized people within their organizations. True to our commitment to workplace equity and inclusion, our consulting teams always include people of color, people with disabilities, and/or LGBTQ+ people. A dedicated portion of our profits goes back into local communities to support entrepreneurship and economic wellness for low-income LGBTQ+ communities.
