Harley is on a mission to help 1,000 employers INTENTIONALLY hire formerly incarcerated, viable job candidates. He's the author of the book, GRIT: How to Get a Job and Build a Career with a Criminal Record, and has been invited to give talks for brands like TEDx, Society for Human Resource Management, and Scott’s Miracle Grow. Harley is also a two time felon. Although he has a bachelors degree from The Ohio State University, Harley experienced the struggle of job hunting with a criminal record first hand. The number of Americans with a criminal history has risen sharply over the past three decades – almost equivalent with the amount of Americans that hold college degrees. We are on a mission to connect employers with millions of ready-to-work job candidates who need a fair chance at an honest job.
