TransACT is a mission driven organization with a 24 year history of supporting school districts and State Departments of Education in managing efficient operations to serve students, educators and communities.
Our parent engagement subscription service focuses on underserved or at-risk student populations including, but not limited to, English Language Learners. We enable our customers and partners to comply with federal laws including the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, IDEA, Section 504, and other Office for Civil Rights requirements that protect students and parents. More importantly, we provide the guidance and tools needed to fulfill the spirit and intent of the law so that all learners and families receive the information and support they need to be engaged in the education process.
In addition to parent and family engagement, we support the non-profit Council of the Great City Schools (CGCS) to further their mission of improving education for children in 70 of the nation’s largest urban public school systems.
Our team of former teachers, principals, administrators, and federal program directors are dedicated to enabling our customers in the public school system to achieve compliance and fulfill the spirit of state and federal legal requirements. We succeed when your team has more time and budget to engage parents and impact students in the classroom.
