We assist job seekers in finding & keeping employment, and the supports & resources needed for stability & sustainability.
Through partnering with community agencies and leveraging funding sources, our Employment Case Managers use a trauma-informed, person-centered wraparound approach to assisting our vulnerable and valuable community members , historically underserved and economically challenged.
Our employment programs are designed to assist people experiencing employment challenges such as homelessness, poverty, behavioral health diagnoses, disadvantageous & disabling conditions, long term unemployed, low English proficiency, obtaining childcare, domestic violence survival, and many other issues and barriers.
