Leading Retirement Solutions (LRS) is nothing like your traditional retirement plan company. We save businesses money, help business owners reduce their taxes, and support employees in saving for their retirement. Our main goal is to empower all businesses with the economic independence required to help their employees save for a secure retirement. We focus on several client groups that are underserved in the retirement plan industry, including women-owned businesses and cannabis companies. As LRS increases its industry presence we’re also doing what we can to bring attention to vital causes, like the gender wage gap and subsequent retirement gap. This includes putting time and effort into our annual “Retirement Gap” study, and using our findings for community outreach and education purposes
